Returns, exchanges and refunds
All products sold by Bhawani Textile are non-returnable. Please review product details, colour and variant selection carefully before placing an order.
Exchange eligibility
An exchange request may be accepted within 7 working days of delivery only when the item received is damaged, defective or different from the item ordered. The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn and returned with its original packaging, labels and accessories.
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video. Requests that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Colour and appearance
Slight colour differences may occur because of lighting, photography and screen settings and are not treated as defects.
Cancellations and refunds
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. If Bhawani Textile approves a refund because an order was cancelled before dispatch, an item was unavailable or another exceptional issue occurred, the refund will be sent to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval. Bank processing time may vary.
