Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. COD availability and any applicable COD charge are shown at checkout.
Do you ship outside India?
No. We currently deliver only within India.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders confirmed before 11:00 AM are prioritised for processing. The expected delivery timeline is shown at checkout or shared in the order confirmation.
Is shipping free?
Standard domestic shipping is free on orders above ₹599. Any charge on lower-value orders is shown at checkout.
Can I return a product?
Returns are not accepted. Eligible damaged, defective or incorrect items may be exchanged if reported promptly and the exchange request is raised within 7 working days of delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
An order may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
